My name is Stephen Dieb. I’m from Dallas, TX. I first started hunting waterfowl in my early teens then soon after started guiding. I moved out to Lubbock, TX to pursue a full time guiding position and attend Texas Tech. I spend 150+ days chasing waterfowl and have experience hunting in, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Montana, North Dakota, Washington, and Michigan.

My name is Jacob Miller. I’m from Houston, Texas. I have had a passion for waterfowl and whitetail hunting since I was a child and it has only grown stronger over the years. I started guiding waterfowl to share what I love with other people.

My name is Kaleb Richeson. I call home to Mount Pleasant, North Carolina but will be living in Lubbock for the hunting season. I have been hunting waterfowl for over 15 years and have traveled across the country, including 13 states, Mexico and Canada. I chose to become a guide to share my love and passion for the outdoors with others in one of the greatest waterfowl destinations in the United States.
